Credits System:

• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Generating music for illegal or harmful purposes

• Creating, requesting, uploading, sharing, or attempting to generate sexual, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, or NSFW content, including through AI-generated lyrics, music metadata, images, or videos

• Attempting to reverse engineer our AI algorithms

• Sharing account credentials with others

• Using automated tools to access our services without permission

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

• Engaging in any form of harassment or abuse

• Using our services to compete with us directly

Termination by You:

• You may terminate your account at any time

• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations

• Some provisions of these terms survive termination

Termination by Us:

• We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms

• We may terminate accounts for extended periods of inactivity
